Bullet, former manager for the late dancehall artiste Ebony, trumpeted that, a number of artist who claimed will be supportive on stage at her One week Celebration are now asking that, they be paid before they perform.
After Bullet took to facebook to pour out his cry, fingers were been pointed at dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale. Why because, when the list of performers came out his name did not appear.
Well, Zylofon Media‘s PRO, Sammy Flex has been transparent on the assumption that, the ‘Dancehall King’ hitmaker demanded cash from Ruff Town Records, which is the late Ebony’s management.
According to Sammy Flex on Zylofon FM’s morning show, it is true that Shatta Wale will not be performing at the March 23 concert but not because organisers are not paying him. www.entertainmentgh.com took notice!
Sammy Flex further revealed that, the “Freedom” hitmaker will be missing on the night of the event because, he will be out of town. He communicated this on the Friday morning show disclosing that, the controversial artiste was already out of time even before details of the Tribute Concert was made official.
Turns out Shatta Wale is already out of the coutry to shoot his first music video after his signing with Zylofon Music. This is to prove that, Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jr. not performing at Ebony’s tribute concert because of cash is false.
Manager of the late Ebony later confirmed on the show that the artiste who demanded cash before perfoming at the tribute concert is not Shatta Wale.
Ebony died on February 8 in a fatal accident on the Sunyani-Kumasi road with two others after a family visit in Sunyani.
