Organizers of Miss Ghana pageant, days after announcing a replacement for the ousted winner of the 2013 pageant, have handed over a new car to the new queen.
Nadia Ntanu, Ghana’s representative at this year’s Miss World, has been handed her official car.
Officials of Exclusive Events Ghana, organizers of the Miss Ghana event, presented the car to her at a short ceremony held at their offices in Accra.
The car would serve her numerous movements a lot of good, as she embarks on pre-planned activities ahead of the world finals.
Ntanu, who will be taking on various projects in health and education, get to keep her official car after her reign, Exclusive Events has said.
Ntanu, 25, she was the 1st Runner Up in the 2012 event, and has since been announced the 2014 representative for the global event.
Ghana is seeking to improve her 2013 position, where Miss Naa Okailey Shooter placed third ahead of over hundred others.
The winner of the 2013 edition, Miss Guissepina Baafi who was supposed to represent Ghana at the 2014 Miss World pageant – was stripped off her crown plus the car and other prizes won.
