ELEVATE! Sarkodie’s ‘No Pressure’ Named Apple Music ‘Album of the Month’

Since its release, Sarkodie’s ‘No Pressure’ album has made such impressive strides across major charts across the world. It therefore came as no surprise when it was named as the ‘Album of the Month’ by Apple Music.

The venerated rapper shared the news on his Twitter feed, after the announcement was projected by the popular streaming platform.

Aside Africa, the album also made its way to the European top 200 albums and also had over six million streams just a week after its release. On Audiomack, it has over twenty million streams.

No Pressure was executively produced by Sarkodie and KJ Spio. It features fellow Ghanaian acts Medikal, MOG Music, Kwesi Arthur, Benerl and Darkovibes, Nigerian singer Oxlade and South Africa’s Cassper Nyovest. The rest are Harmonize (Tanzania), Gigs (UK), and Vic Mensa (US) and Wale (US).
