Tamela Mann is Gospel Artiste of The Year

 It was a night of great joy, lively performances and unreserved celebration, last Saturday in Nashville, Tennessee as Tamela Mann grabbed seven awards including the most coveted Artiste of the year at the 29th Annual Stellar Gospel Music Awards.

Speaking to the Audience after winning the Best Female Vocalist and CD of the Year with “Best Days”, the 48 year old Grammy Awards nominee broke into tears while Music Stallar Awardsthanking God for the Achievement.

On the night, Kirk Franklin’s “Take Me to the King” was also named Song of the Year, while Tye Tribbet received Male Vocalist of the year with his popular “Greater than” CD.

Tasha Cobbs took away three awards; New Artist of the Year, contemporary female and contemporary CD of the year.

Hezekiah Walker walked away with the Choir of the Year, Special Event CD of the Year and Traditional Choir of the year. He topped up with the lifetime Achievement Award.
