Chris Brown Sued For Allegedly Assaulting Man Over A Pick Up Basketball Game

”Ball so hard…this sh*t cray” was not what Chris Brown said during a pick up Basketball game at a Los Angeles gym, but he may have been thinking it. According to a lawsuit filed by Malcolm Ausbon this past Thursday (February 13th), Chris Brown and his entourage allegedly assaulted the man during a basketball game in which he and Brown participated in.

The suit alleges that Ausbon called a foul on Brown and then the singer threatened to “put these hands on you.” Brown’s alleged entourage of four men not dressed in “proper workout attire” threatened to assault the man, retreated and then commenced assaulting him along with Brown once the game basketball game resumed.

Ausbon was rushed to the emergency room and sustained injuries to his face, neck, head, back, ribs and legs.

Brown already has two upcoming court dates scheduled. On February 20th, Brown’s case regarding his alleged assault of a man outside a Washington hotel resumes in D.C. On February 28th, Brown is to appear in Los Angeles court in regards to his probation violation in connection to the D.C. assault. Brown was not placed into jail following the assault, which would have violated his probation conditions, due to his progress in the rehab program according to Superior Court Judge James R. Brandlin.
