It is becoming a norm that the people of Tamale supports their own and they do so with so much love and passion.
That is the kind of gesture they depicted to one of their hardworking sons, Maccasio, as they thronged to the Tamale Sports Stadium for the ‘Too Big Concert’, which happened on New Year’s day, making it the first ever concert to be held in 2017 in the Northern Region.
Another draw for the concert, was the performance of Shatta Wale, who commands a huge following in the North.
The two excited the crowd with their banging hits, after which they mounted the stage together and performed some songs including their hit single, ‘Too Big’.
As a ritual before the concert, the two made some rounds through the principal streets of the city, drawing a large audience.
